What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Motor or battery failure under normal household use
- Charging port or button malfunctions not caused by misuse
What's not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or submerging the unit fully in water
- Normal wear and tear of the silicone brush head over time (replacement brush heads are available separately)
- Loss or theft

- Our UK support team will confirm the issue within 2 business days
